Lake Forest Falls (LFF) is a private community developed in the 1960's and consists of 277.5 acres of land, an 80+ acre lake, and 11 parks. There are 192 homes, from original small lakeside cabins to newly built custom homes.
Lake Forest Falls is managed by residents and owners of the subdivision who fill the roles of the Board of Directors and Committees that manage the lake, dam, parks, water, ladies’ activities, and many other important aspects of the subdivision.
